About the position
This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting six months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant for our client. There are good opportunities for extension of the assignment.

Responsibilities
In the role of booking and traffic administrator, you will primarily work with booking and traffic management, where much of the communication takes place via email and various systems. The tasks are often event-driven and may sometimes require additional actions. You will be responsible for handling incoming bookings via email and phone, as well as sending out confirmations and information to carriers. The work mainly focuses on bookings for domestic transport and groupage, but also includes some traffic management. In this role, you will have many contact points, both internally and externally, and communication will mainly occur via email and phone. You will ensure quality at all levels and also participate in improvement work, where your own ideas for the development of tasks and working methods are encouraged.
Education, experience, and personal qualities
Completed upper secondary education
You have previous work experience in customer service and/or administration
You have good computer and system skills
You speak and write fluently in Swedish and have good knowledge of English
Experience in the logistics and transport industry is an advantage
